The new location is less than a mile away from the old office in Mequon, it is located
on Green Bay Road one block south of Freistadt Ave.
The Mequon office is no longer available for services.

Brookfield
Integrative Family Wellness Center is an integrative medicine clinic owned and operated by Dr. Michele Nickels. I work there part
time two days a week for access to patients who want their insurances to be billed.
