I like to inform all my existing and prospective patients about my availability in two additional offices located in Brookfield and Cedarburg.
Please be advised that I will not be available between August 22nd to August 31st 2010 and again between November 3rd to November 19th 2010. My patients should contact me regarding their needs for follow up consultations, refills on their prescriptions, supplements supply and other issues prior to these dates.
